Radial Sculpture

Built by hand at Brandeis University in 2017: dozens of wooden rods, crossing at random from a single radial burst, balanced on a granite plinth in a gravel courtyard. No two angles repeat — the piece was assembled stick by stick until it held its own tension.

Years later, I reconstructed it in three dimensions: the same radial geometry, rebuilt as a fully rotatable model you can explore below. Drag to see it from every angle, and switch its material to see the same form rendered in glass, chrome, or gold.
